just for the record

Planning things with more than just a few people really sucks. People always freak out and make a big deal over things so that we can’t settle on any matter. Then there is always the people who “get left out” either cause the person planning it becomes spacey and maybe figure the news will just make it around, or no one actually knows what’s going on. It’s just not fun to figure out all the details and make everyone happy. Sure the actual trip is always fun and with that the more people the better but the more people to plan for makes for a retarded beginning.

myspace vs facebook

K so I have a myspace that I use a lot but am recently getting bored of it. I also have a facebook that I use hardly ever, cause I don’t really know how to lol. But I think I would like facebook better if I gave it a little more effort………….K so here I would normally write my pros and cons about each, however, tonight I am very tired and I need to wake up early to be at work at 6:30 (and yes leah not 5:30 lol) so I’ll save my pros and con for later try to bare the suspense *snore* lol

so I’m thinking of getting a new camera….not sure what to get though I’m pretty sure it’s gonna be a cannon of some sort. Liz and Paul were going to sell me theirs which they are getting rid of cause they want a smaller one. But I like it………..but not sure If thats the one I want when I could probably spend a little extra to get exactly what I want. 

the strange thing is one of the reasons why I want one is cause of my blog. cause it would be fun to take pics of stuff I do and display them here. I just need to decide what I want in my camera. So getting my camera might not happen for a while but more to decide what I want.

woke up at liz’s cause I spent the night there

ate some lucky charms!!! woohoo!!

played the longest stupidest game of skipbo know to all mankind!

went for a walk with my mom and liz

made blueberry pancakes (yum!)

played mario for a ridiculous amount of time-whoever made nintendo games needs to be kicked in the shins!!!

looked online for crafty projects

what to do next…………….hopefully something productive cause I had high hopes for my day off this morning but my day just flew by because of the stupid mario game I became addicted to!!

Reminiscing

Me and Liz were talking about the good ol’ days of school sports and especially-my favorite-volleyball. that is basically the one thing (aside from friends) that I miss about high school–the sports. I love talking about playing volleyball, basketball and even tennis these are the things that I wish I could incorporate back into my life just for the fun. Thats why Liz and I are going to try to enter into the volleyball tournament they hold every year at lake fair. Im not really sure of any of the details, except that it’s by the capital building I went one year but as everyone knows Im very nonobservant. But hopefully liz will still be up to it even with the new edition to the fam ~Isacc Paul Canright~.

things that Im excited for:

• the new people working at the shop
• road trip to montana
• girls camp out
• warm weather
• everyone out and about walking and biking around town
• opening shifts at the shop here and there

things Im not so happy about:

• summer ending
• school starting (but its not all that bad it might actually be nice lol)
• not having a plan or career choice–but thats not new
• clutter its taking over everything!! 
• bad grades in the past haunting my transcript……ugh : (

I was just remembering back in the day when I had to have a pen pal in school. It was fun!! It would still be fun to have one now if I would actually take the time out to write them cause I think I remembered sucking at that. But I think I would be able to stick to it now……hmmm the good ol’ days : )

Cheesefest!!

Last night was the first night I got to experience cheese fest at the tweeds. what is cheesefest you ask? well apparently the tweed family has a night-august 1st-dedicated to eating all sorts of kinds of cheese. Although I could not stay long I thought the whole idea was hilarious and enjoyed taking a small part in it.
