my snow day included waking up to the retched sound of the phone ringing. Even though I tried to ignore the sound its persistence won out in the end, and I drug my tired body out of bed where liz was eagerly waiting on the other line. We went sledding…………yes SLEDDING!! This is liz for ya!! She has always loved the snow and every time the weather turns white Liz is calling, mainly on me cause I always go along with her weird ideas, wanting to go sledding with anything we can find. In this case a boogie board : ) so me paul liz and angela scott went sledding and when we finally came inside we made the apple pancakes!!! They turned out great although they kinda stuck to the cupcake tins no matter what we did. I was satisfied and will probably make them again.
